Funding Considerations
Important considerations for the Lloyd K. Johnson Foundation when reviewing all funding proposals:
- The Foundation desires to use its resources for projects that will be beneficial to the community; therefore proposals must demonstrate need as well as provide clear evaluative plans that will measure the project’s effectiveness and community impact.
- The Foundation will seek to fund small, time-limited projects as well as larger projects in order to best meet immediate needs, encourage innovation and assist nonprofit organizations towards their goals in serving the community.
- The Foundation will consider geographic distribution as well as its diverse areas of interest in making grant award decisions.
